Meeting notes for iPhone and iPad

Leave the call with notes and a follow-up draft.

Paste a supported meeting link into Airtxt. A bot joins the call, captures a speaker-labeled transcript, and prepares a follow-up email for you to review.

Available for iPhone and iPad.

A participant, not an upload

The Airtxt bot joins supported Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams calls while they happen.

Know who said what

Speaker labels make decisions and next steps easier to find after the meeting.

You control the send

Airtxt drafts the follow-up from the transcript. It does not send the email for you.

How it works

A short, honest workflow.

  1. 01Paste the Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams link and start the bot from Airtxt.
  2. 02Let participants know the meeting is being recorded and confirm you have the required consent.
  3. 03Review the transcript and follow-up draft, edit anything important, and send it from your own email app.

Know before you start

The bot joins as a visible meeting participant and recording laws or company rules may require consent. Meeting access uses the included allowance for your Airtxt plan and depends on the meeting platform admitting the bot.

Common questions

Which meeting platforms are supported?

Airtxt supports Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams links. The host or waiting-room policy still controls whether the bot can join.

Does Airtxt send the follow-up automatically?

No. Airtxt creates a draft for you to review, edit, copy, and send from your own email app.
