If your friend is new to airtxt Pro, their first month can be free — Apple applies it as an offer code, and it renews at the regular price unless they cancel. airtxt requires iOS 17 or later. On-device mode with the latest Apple Speech engine (SpeechTranscriber) requires iOS 26. On iOS 17–25, on-device mode uses SFSpeechRecognizer — slightly lower accuracy but fully private.
