airtxt for teams

Teams already use airtxt one person at a time. Next we are making it better together: one shared dictionary for your company’s words, and one bill for everyone.

What works for teams today

• Everyone dictates into the apps your team already uses, from their own iPhone.
• Anyone can send airtxt’s note-taker to a Zoom, Google Meet or Teams call and get a transcript and a draft follow-up.
• Each person chooses On-device mode for sensitive work, so the audio never leaves their phone.

What we are building next

A shared team dictionary. Add your product names, client names and team jargon once, and everyone’s airtxt spells them right. When one person teaches airtxt a word, the whole team benefits.

One bill for the team. Add or remove people in one place, with one invoice.

These are not available yet. We are building them with the first teams who ask, so they fit how you actually work.
