Delete your airtxt account

In the app

Open Profile → Account → Delete account, in the iPhone or Android app. This deletes your account, custom vocabulary, meeting history and usage data right away. It can't be undone.

Without the app

Email hi@airtxt.ai from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We confirm by email and delete it within 7 days.

Good to know

• Notes, dictation history, memos and your dictionary saved on the phone stay on the phone until you delete the app.
• Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription. Cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions on Android, or in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on iPhone.
• To stop one subscription from being claimed by two accounts, we keep a hashed record that it was linked, as described in our privacy policy (section 5).
